12-TON TRAILERS
To All Bidders:
The Newton County Water & Sewerage Authority invites you to bid on Two (2)
Each:
12-Ton Equipment Trailers
(12) -Ton two axle equipment trailer with a 20 foot long deck, with a sufficient length dovetail approx 5-6 foot as required to provide an 10-12 degree approach angle. Trailer to be equipped with air brakes, tool storage, Load Range G 14 ply trailer service tires and wheels rated to carry 110 psi tires and all LED lighting. Anticipated quantity is two (2) trailers.
Bidders are instructed to READ CAREFULLY all terms, conditions and specifications of bid, to USE THE ENCLOSED BID FORMS, and to

Responses to this INVITATION TO BID must be in a SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED CLEARLY on the outside of the envelope, “BID FOR EQUIPMENT TRAILERS”
For mailing purposes, please address the bid to Newton County Water & Sewerage Authority, P.O. Box 1137, Covington, GA 30015 FAXED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Bid may be hand delivered to the Newton County Water & Sewerage Authority, 11325 Brown Bridge Road, Covington, GA 30016, where the bid opening will be held on Tuesday, September 28, 2010, at 3:00 p.m. local time in the upstairs Board Room. All bidders are invited to be present for this opening. Bids received late will be handled as “NO BIDS” and returned unopened.
Inquires and Questions pertaining to the Bid Package must be obtained
by 3:00p.m.Thursday September 23, 2010.

The Newton County Water & Sewerage Authority reserves the right to accept a bid that is not the lowest price if, in the Authority’s judgment, such bid is in the best interest of the Authority. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
